With all this developing happening in the Jaco area over the last couple of years, is there any indication that there is a resale market for the original investors once the project has been completed.?

that is a good question, i am awaiting the responce on that one. because i am looking to buy property in Costa Rica, for just the investment alone. for plans of re-sale...alot of guys i have talk to,
without stating their names, promise the moon, but after checking them out, i noticed how can i ever to expect to sell my lot if they havent even finished the first project....would i ever get my _title_ if they cant deliever the roads and electric they promised....

I have heard from a real estate friend of mine that there has been some great resales in a couple of different projects. he is getting me the names of the developments and the prices.
